May 19, 1986 - April 8, 2021
Christina Lorraine Burnette “Tina B” passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 9th, 2021 at Lourdes Medical Center with her mom and dad at her bedside after being hospitalized for a couple days for recurrent respiratory problems. She had so many hospital visits in her lifetime due to numerous medical and physical issues that she was born with, but she always came home to her mom and dad. Not this time. Her body couldn’t do it this time. Not anymore. She spent many days at Children’s Hospital in Seattle recovering from multiple surgeries. We know she actually enjoyed all the attention she got from the nurses, doctors, and all the medical staff that helped her (except the dental clinic). That was hard in the beginning but that changed when she met two “boy” dentists. They became friends and going to the dentist was no longer an issue. Tina was never afraid to go to hospital. Even in those times she always had that ever present smile on her face. God gave a special angel, Christina “Tina B” Burnette on May 1, 1986 to Terry and Tammy who spent 35 beautiful years with that little girl. She spent her whole life here in Pasco graduating from Pasco High in 2007, then going to work at Goodwill which made her so happy for so many years. ARC of the Tri Cities was a huge part of Tina’s life. Some of the activities Tina loved were NASCAR, bingo at Sneakers, going to Las Vegas with the girls, singing Karaoke when she could convince someone to sing with her, being in the garden and swimming at Nanny’s house, spending the night at Legends and Wildhorse with her mom and Nanny. Boy how she loved staying at hotels. Tina was Tammy’s sous chef. They loved cooking together, watching rerun after rerun of E.R., watching cooking shows on TV, (especially The Pioneer Woman) and of course, shopping. Tina spent many happy hours with her dad going to work with him, monster truck shows, demolition derbies, 4-wheeling the “Blues”, and fishing. Anything she did with her “Loverboy” was so special. The Oregon Coast was a special place for Terry, Tammy, and Tina. They spent a lot of time there, sometimes taking Nanny with them. She loved her road trips. Tina is preceded in death by Poppy Jack Burnette, Poppy George Watkins, and Uncle Troy. She is survived by parents, Terry and Tammy Burnette, grandparents Lloyd and Pat Ingraham, and Betty Burnette, Uncle Todd (Annie) Aunt Tammy (Scott), Uncle Kevin (Manuela), Aunt Kellie Marl) and of course Allie Cat. There are so many more relatives and special friends we can’t even count. A Viewing will be held April 14th at Mueller’s Greenlee on Court Street in Pasco from 4 to 7PM. Please join us for a celebration of Tina B’s life luncheon April 17th from 1 to 5PM at 6717 W. Richardson in Pasco, corner of Road 68 and Richardson. Bring your favorite stories of Tina B and wear your favorite NFL gear. Of course, Tina would want you all to wear her favorite, Seahawks. “Mom, Dad and everyone who loved me, don’t worry about me. I’m up here dancing to my music, I don’t need THAT wheelchair anymore. I’ll be waiting for you “Loverboy” so we can go fishing again. Thank you, Mom and Dad for giving me such a good life. I love you both.” Please visit Mueller’s Funeral Homes website www.muellersfuneralhomes.com and share tributes and condolences for Tina B’s family.
