when someone you love dies, you are very vulnerable. I wanted to do everything i could, to show my love for my husband when he died suddenly in 2008. I wanted a cremation, and i could have easily been steered towards a very expensive service. The man who met with me was very professional and supportive. He told me of the different options down to the minimum container, which really makes sense since it's being burned. He was compassionate, very professional, and made the process easy for me.
