Vitaliy I. Slupachik age 34 went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday May 4, 2007. He was born April 22, 1973, in the Ukraine to Domna and Ivan Slupachik. He was the youngest of three children. Vitaliy graduated high school and mechanical school in the Ukraine. Thirteen years ago he met and married the love of his life Inna Momotok. In 1998 he immigrated to the U. S. with his wife?s family. He was a Tri-Cities resident since then. Vitaliy was a member of the Ark of Salvation Church. He worked for Hulcher Professional Services where his life ended in a tragic accident. Vitaliy was survived by his wife Inna, mother Domna, father Ivan, children Vadim, Vitaliy, Edward, Julia, Matthew, Ben, and Danny. Sister Raisa, brother Nicolay. Along with numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law, and family friends. Vitaliy loved being in the circle of his family. He will be greatly missed. Our loss is unspeakable. Viewing will be Friday, May 11, 2007, 6:30pm-9:30pm at Ark of Salvation Church, 325 N. Johnson, Kennewick and on Saturday, May 12th, 10:00am-11:00am at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union St., Kennewick. Funeral Service will be Saturday, May 12th, 11:00am, at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
