Obituary

Victor was born in Mt. Vernon, IA. He was baptized in infancy, soon before being orphaned. He grew up and was schooled in Los Angeles, CA. Upon graduation, he joined the US Navy, submarine division, and served for 17 years. When Victor was discharged, he accepted employment as a Hydraulic Engineer for Bendix Corporation also in Los Angeles . In the 60's, Victor became a commercial property owner in Minnesota. He met the love of his life, Dorothy Pater. They were married in March, 1966. Victor also professed his faith that year and became a member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis. He volunteered many services in the church and was very supportive in the local community, especially supplying food to the food shelves and delivering meals-on-wheels. Victor and Dorothy continued to live in the Minneapolis area 35 years. Victor loved life and all it had he offer. He loved his adventures, traveling, fishing and golf. Most of all he loved his family. Upon Retirement, Victor and Dorothy moved to Kennewick, WA where Victor has been a member of the Kennewick First Presbyterian Church. Victor is lovingly remembered by his wife, Dorothy Pater Feldman, sister=in-law, Jennie Visser and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lew and Mina Feldman, older brother, Leroy, Brother-in-law, William Visser, and Brother & Sister-in- law Hennrietta and William Brons.
