Truman Louis Selph, 84, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2006 in Pasco WA. He was born May 18, 1921, to Claude and Edith Selph. He was raised in Kennewick WA, and graduated from Kennewick High in 1940. Truman enlisted in the United States Navy and was on a Submarine Tender in World War II. In 1945, he married Dorothy Sweier. They celebrated their 60th anniversary this past April. Truman worked for the Northern Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern Railroad for 44 years retiring in 1982. He square danced with the Prairie Shufflers for 40 years. Truman is survived by his wife Dorothy of 60 years; his children, Judy Coddington Jeff, Folsom, CA, Cathy Moller Ken, Mount Vernon, WA, Mary Ehrhart Mark, Basin City WA, Paul Selph Teresa, Pasco, WA. David Selph, Pasco WA, and Jayne Seaboldt, Dean Spokane WA; a sister Trula Smith Ralph, Pasco WA; grandchildren, Shannon, Keith, Larry, Dawn, Trent, Carol, Nicole, Tamara, Jacob, Chad, Kimberly, Bryan, Amanda, and Misty, and 11 great grandchildren. His parents, Claude and Edith Selph, preceded him in death. The Holy Rosary will be recited Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home, 1608 W. Court St., Pasco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Pasco. Interment with military honors will be in Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Kennewick. Viewing will be Tuesday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Altar Society, 1320 W.
