Toni was born October 18, 1947 at Our Lady of Lourdes to Anthony and Verna Beltner, and has lived in the Tri-Cities her whole life. Fifteen years ago she fell in love and married Robert Maxwell Big Boy who adored her and brought her great joy, laughter and love. The two were inseparable and always spent time together going to the movies, long walks, weekends at the ocean, quick trips to the Nordstrom half-yearly sale, or staying home and playing Skipbo. She worked in retail management for many years. She managed Swim-In for 17 years before moving to Macy's in 2005 managing their Better Sportswear and was to be announced as Macy's Manager of the Year for her outstanding achievements. Living in the area her whole life she has touched many people, both in her personal and professional life. There will be many that remember her arm talks and her hugs with a bushel and a peck. There are no words to describe the deep sorrow felt by all those who loved her. She left us so suddenly, without the opportunity for one last touch or word. As time passes we'll be left with the gifts she gave us-her love, laughter and all the memories of the time we did have with her. She is survived by her husband Robert Maxwell, son Dan Ellis, daughter Christy Ellis Evanson, stepson Alan Maxwell, stepdaughter Robi Maxwell, grandchildren Zackery and Kassidee Ellis, brother William Schefstrom, sister Lillian England, Godsons Michael Lovey Duck and Geoffrey Honey Bear Turner, lifelong friend Donna Turner, future son-in-law Steve Kuhn Wrinkles and many, many more to pick ourselves up and carry on to remember all the wonderful times shared and to celebrate her life. A celebration of her life will be held at Mueller's Chapel of the Falls, Thursday March 8th at 2:00 p.m.
