Obituary

Tim Harding, 67, of Spokane, Washington, was called

home to be with the Lord and his parents, Gene and Ellie

Harding, who preceded him in death on August 26th, 2023. He

was born in Kennewick, Washington, on June 16, 1956. Tim was

a parent to three daughters and a proud grandpa to his six

grandchildren.

Tim and his wife, Frances, moved from Spokane back to

Pasco to be with his father, Gene, and then moved back to

Spokane after his father passed away. If you needed anything,

Tim was there for you.

Tim graduated from Walla Walla High School. He first worked at

Nixon's Marine in Walla Walla primarily to pay off his snow

mobile racing bills. He worked for Mountain Oil in Walla Walla.

Tim had a successful career as construction project manager

working in his home state of Washington and across the west in

California, Montana, and Nevada.

Being around his grandchildren; Asher, Jayden, Lucien,

Mollie, Tim, and Vanessa, always brought out a big smile and a

Tim-sized hug. He loved teaching them how to fish and was

looking forward to motorcycling riding lessons in the near

future.

Outside of work, his love of racing was ever present,

racing snowmobiles and riding motocross motorcycles with lifelong friends. His passion was fishing. Tim fished wherever he

lived and whatever was the biggest fish around. He had his final

annual steelhead fishing trip to Lewiston, Idaho, with his older

brother last fall and of course caught several big steelhead.

Tim was a proud American and stood up for what he

believed in. His smile and passion for risk-taking will be missed

by all that knew him. Throughout his life, he did it his way.

Tim is survived by his wife, Frances Harding; daughters,

Nicole Hills, Lexus Harding and Jamie Welch; his brother, Ken

Harding; sister, Donna Griswold; his six grandchildren; an aunt,

nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tim was an irreplaceable rough-cut gem who will be

sorely missed by all that knew him
