Telesforo Uribe Jimenez February 9, 1957- February 2, 2021 Born in Heroica Matamoros, Tamaulipas and lived in Pasco, WA for 42 years. Our beloved father, at the age of 63, has gone to heaven to be with our Lord and Savior joining his parents Maria Teresa and Jesus Uribe, and his precious daughter Teresita Uribe. He had 10 brothers and sisters: Maria Valdez, Eduvijes Uribe, Lucia Uribe, Marcelina Dorsett, Margarita Rivera, Oralia Riojas, Fernando Uribe, Jesus Uribe, Ernesto Uribe, and Teresa Uribe. He lived a fulfilled life alongside his wife Maria Luz Uribe and had twelve children: Gustavo Uribe, Romulo Uribe, Maricruz Uribe, Teresita Uribe, Reina Lucatero Uribe, Telesforo Uribe Jr., Luz Elena Lopez Uribe, Trini Pablo Uribe, Jaquelin Uribe, Alma Llanes, Andrea Uribe, and Emmanuel Uribe. He also has 21 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He worked as a laborer, distribution centers and for many years as a truck driver, hauling spuds, onions, corn and many of our local harvest and long hauling when harvest seasons were slow. Our father was the greatest. Loving and caring for all his family and always willing to help our community. He loved to be surrounded by all his loved ones. He had the biggest heart. He demonstrated his kindness and love. He always gave great counsel. He was a fair man and always fought for justice. He was a man of his word and believed ones word stood for everything. He was a great example. He was honest and hardworking, always providing for our family. He left us with many great memories and will be forever missed. Funeral service will be held at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, immediate family will be allowed to stay in the funeral home, but visitors are welcome to come in and give condolences and continue to rotate out. A small service will also be held at City View Cemetery. Our family greatly appreciates all of your thoughts and prayers.
