Stephen Joseph Cooley was born on September 14th, 1963, in Seattle, Washington. He was the second son of David and Mary Cooley. Throughout his life he was a wanderer, a dreamer and a poet. He was a kind soul with a heart of gold. He was close to the sun, the sky, and the stars and did not like to be cooped up indoors. He served his country in the National Guard, stationed in Yakima, Washington. On May 8th of 2026, he lost his valiant struggle with schizophrenia and went to join his parents Dave and Mary, who preceded him to Heaven. He is survived by his brothers Michael, Christopher, Gregory, Kenneth and his sister Katharine, who will all miss him dearly and love him forever. https://lastwrites.co/steve
