Our beloved mother, wife, sister, aunt, niece, and friend passed away peacefully at the age of 65 on September 14, 2026 at 12:12 PM in Kennewick, Washington, USA. Sika was the source of love and warmth to everyone who knew her. She was born August 02, 1961, the third eldest daughter of Sa and Song Sayta in Gouthi village in the city of Songkhone, and province of Savannakhet in Laos. Altogether she had 7 sisters and 1 brother.

She met the love of her life Xaeng Outhichamphone and married him on February 1, 1982 at her home in Laos. Together they had three children: a son, born in Laos, Airnoy who preceded her in 1984, a daughter, born in Thailand, Phonemaly, a daughter, born in the USA, Penny.

Sika and her husband immigrated to Seattle, WA from Laos during the Post-Vietnam era in 1988. After three months, they moved to Kennewick, WA where they made their home and raised their daughters and tended to her backyard garden where she took pride in both.

Sika started working as a meat cutter at IBP in 1989 until her health declined in 2021. She started her battle with breast cancer in 2015 with a period of remission. Sika continued her fight in 2021 with determination and unwavering hope.

She is remembered for her kindness, patience, and strength, and resilience. Her love is unconditional and will forever be in the hearts of those who she touched.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sa and Song Sayta, her eldest sister So Sayta, her youmger sister Na Sayta, and her younger brother Nga Sayta, and her son Airnoy Outhichamphone. She is survived by her husband Xaeng Outhichamphone, her children Keomany (Phonemaly), Roman (Penny), grandchildren Ellyanh, Anechaly, Ezri, and Khloee; her family in the USA and Laos.
