Shirley Ann Carlisle, 74, of Richland, Washington, peacefully returned to the arms of her heavenly Father on, October 26, 2021. She was born January 28, 1947 to Jim and Rhoda Carlisle. She graduated from Richland High School in 1965. She attended college at Eastern Washington University. She was a Pharmacy Tech for many years at Rite Aide and Payless Pharmacy. She loved to travel, do needlepoint, reading romance novels, watching her Hallmark shows and reading her bible. Preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Rhoda Carlisle. Survived by many loving cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11AM at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 1401 S. Union Street Kennewick, WA 99338
