*Sharon (Shari) Elise Hallman*, born May 30, 1946, died on April 21, 2026.

Shari will be remembered as a wonderful mother and friend, a devoted

community organizer, and a compassionate social worker whose warmth and

generosity touched everyone who knew her. She spent the last 45 years of

her life in the Tri-Cities, Washington.

She is survived by her three children, Krista Hopkins, Karsten Anderson,

and Melissa Hubert; her three grandchildren, Paige Hopkins, Katie Hopkins,

and Matilda Hubert; and her two great-grandchildren, Ivy and Kayn; her

brother Gene Hallman; and her former spouse Erik Anderson.

Over the course of her life, Shari served others in many roles, including

as a library clerk, crossing guard, preschool teacher, day care director,

and in a variety of social services leadership positions.

In her final years, she was deeply loved by her caregivers and had a gift

for making new friends wherever she went. Her kindness, generosity, and

warm spirit remained ever present until her last days.

She passed away peacefully under the loving care of hospice.
