Seth was born on March 28, 1928, in Hover, Washington. He passed away May 12, 2014, at Callaway Gardens at the age of 86. He grew up farming with his father in Hover and graduated from Hover High School. The family later relocated to Kennewick when the construction of McNary Dam flooded their land and home. He met the love of his life, Evelyn Andrews, in high school and they married after graduation. This year they celebrated 68 years of happiness together. Seth worked as a truck driver for most of his working life and loved being on the road. He received numerous safe driving honors and was awarded the 2 million mile award recognizing his long and successful driving career. He was a supportive and caring father and husband and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife Evelyn (Andrews) Montague and two children Stephanie Jones (Cheyenne, WY), Dave Montague (Kennewick), and daughter-in–law Sandi Montague; grandchildren, Joe Hodgson (Buckley, WA), Marcie Johnson (Thornton, CO), Jennifer Breese (Thornton, CO), Jeff Montague (Kennewick) and Jaime Edwards (Nesbit, MS); sister, Alice Lewis (Pine Grove, CA), and 11 great grandchildren. Seth was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Althea Montague. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to Dr. Kohan and Kathy, and the staff at Callaway Gardens for providing care that exceeded expectations. A graveside service will be held on June 16, 2014, at 1:00 PM at Riverview Heights Cemetery. Final arrangements are under the direction of Mueller's Chapel of the Falls.
