Scott passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at the Regional Hospital in Tukwila, WA. He was born in Spokane, WA to Lloyd R. Carnahan and Ann Sanne Carnahan. He lived in the Tri-Cities and Benton City for 14 years. He also lived in the Seattle area for 20 years. Scott attended Kiona-Benton High School until he was 17. Then he joined the Marine Corps where he became a Lance Corporal. After the Marines, Scott attained his G.E.D. and attended Perry Technical Institute where he got his degree and certification as a diesel mechanic. Scott married DeenaRay Hall in 1984. They were married for 11 years. Scott has a daughter, Dani. Scott worked at Todd?s Shipyard where he was a diesel mechanic and water treatment specialist. Scott was a wonderful dad, son, brother, and uncle. He liked golfing, hunting, fishing, and going on long bike rides. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his daughter Dani Carnahan; parents Lloyd and Ann Carnahan; father Gene White; brother Tony Carnahan; brother and wife Stan and Danise Carnahan; nephew Beau Carnahan; niece Tatum Carnahan; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday August 29, 2009 at 3:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in Benton City.
