Sandra Kay "Sandy" Cooper

February 12, 1944 – October 4, 2025

Sandra Kay Cooper, lovingly known as Sandy, was born on February 12, 1944, to Vern and Dorthey Walters from Latah, WA. She was the oldest of three children and shared a close bond with her siblings throughout her life.

Sandy was a devoted sister, sister-in-law to Linda and Joe Piazza, and sister to Donald Walters.

She was the proud mother of three daughters — Stacey Winters, Vicki Manning, and Danielle Demoss — who were the light of her life. Her love and guidance extended to her six grandchildren: Dayton, Christina, Dillion, Chase, Mason, and Kaylee, as well as her nine great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her endless joy and pride.

On October 4, 2025, Sandy joined her beloved soulmate, Jim Levine. She was 81 years old.

Sandy will be remembered for her warmth, love, and the strength she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her family and friends will forever cherish her memory.
