Sally Ann Preszler

Sally Ann Preszler left us at the age of 77 on August 8, 2023, after a short battle with leukemia.  She is now with her parents, Carl and Maxine Schuster, and brothers, Gene and Don Schuster.  She was born in Pasco on November 26, 1945 and was a lifelong resident of Kennewick.

Sally's most loved hobby was baking and cooking for family and friends.  She was famous for her potato salad and cookies.  She would also bake for anyone including her doctors, repairmen and even the mailman at Christmas.  Along with being in the kitchen, Sally also enjoyed family dinners, spending time with her grandchildren and playing Words with Friends.  She loved road trips, always having a bag ready to take off in a moment's notice.  Her favorite vacation destination was the Oregon Coast.  Once she became unable to travel herself, she vacationed through pictures sent to her iPad from family and friends.

Sally was also known for her smile and listening ear.  She had many friends at the beauty shop where she went weekly to catch up on all the "news".  She even made friends across the globe while playing Words with Friends and was always excited to talk about her family to her new friends and vice versa.

Sally Preszler is survived by her daughter Kathy and husband Dustin; son Brian and wife Terri; grandchildren Ryan and Adeline, and step-granddaughter Lauryn.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 on Friday, August 18th at Mueller's Funeral Home (1401 S. Union St., Kennewick).

In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions made in Sally's name to her favorite charity, Seattle Children's Hospital Foundation.
