Our beloved son Ryan, 31, passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2007 at home. Ryan was born on February 13, 1976, in Kennewick, Washington to Rick Tobin and Susan Kroboth Avery?a treasured moment in their lives. He graduated from Kamiakin High School in 1994 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he held his tour of duty for 4 years. Ryan was very proud of his military service and honored to serve his country. He was a member of the American Legion Post 34 in Pasco. Although life dealt him some turbulent times after the Navy, Ryan re-committed his love and life to the Lord and was baptized July 4, 2006. The family was very proud of the life turning events that he made. He attended the Bethel and First Baptist Church in Kennewick. Ryan was attending Columbia Basin College and felt strongly about becoming an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and helping others. Ryan is survived by his loving parents Susan and Wayne Avery of Pasco, Rick and Bonnie Tobin of Kennewick, brother Scott RobynTobin, Syracuse, New York, Paternal Grandparents Paul and Barbara Esquivel, Kennewick, Richard and Laverne Tobin, Pasco, Uncles and Aunts Ralph and Diane Daniels, Richland, Jerry Tobin, Everett, Warren and Carol Hysell, Boise, Idaho, special niece Olyvia Tobin, Godparents Dan and Edna Bowman, Kennewick, and several cousins and relatives. Ryan is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Harlan and Frances Kroboth and second cousin Josie Cassano. When I?m Gone When I'm gone from your side, And all your tears have been dried ... A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2007, from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Mueller?s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 South Union, Kennewick, WA. Military service will be held at Mueller?s Desert Lawn Memorial Park on Friday, April 13, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. located at the Pentagon concrete slab. Interment will follow.
