Roy Orval Whitesell age 94 passed away Monday June 5, 2006 at Emmanuel Care Center in Kennewick. Roy and his wife Pauline moved to the Tri Cities area in 1942. Roy worked at the Hanford project as a Nuclear Chemical Operator until his retirement. His enjoyment was being a member of the Kennewick 1st Baptist Church, where he was a Elder for almost 80 years. He was a greeter until he was 91 years old. His other enjoyment was fishing which he would do every chance he could. He is survived by 1 brother Marion Whitesell of Clairmore, Ok. And numerous nieces and nephews. Roy is preceded in death by his wife Pauline, a daughter Elaine, a brother Elmer Whitesell and a sister Lucille Graham. Viewing will be Wednesday June 7th, from 3-8pm at Mueller?s Tri Cities Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be 10:00 am Thursday June 8, 2006 at Mueller?s Desert Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial Services will be 11:00 am Thursday Kennewick 1st Baptist Church 27th and HWY 395.
