Rosa Marie Jolley Tidwell was born on August 31, 1937, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She passed away peacefully in her home on December 11, 2025, at the age of 88.

Rosa Marie grew up in the Idaho Falls area and graduated from Salmon High School. She later attended Brigham Young University in Provo. She married the love of her life and would have celebrated her 67th Anniversary on the 19th of December, She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life centered on faith and family.

She was married to her beloved husband, Roy Lee Tidwell, with whom she shared a life of service and devotion. Together, they served four missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rosa Marie served faithfully in many church callings throughout her life and was known for her kindness, compassion, and quiet strength. She touched the lives of all who knew her.

Rosa Marie was a dedicated mother who lovingly raised her five children. She is survived by her husband, Roy Lee Tidwell; her children Martin & (Melanie) Tidwell, (Brent) & Lynnette Pierce, Richard Tidwell, and Max & (Marcia) Tidwell; 17 grandchildren; and 44 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Dorothy; her brother Barney; and her son Robert Tidwell.

A memorial service will be held on December 20, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 2004 N. 24th Ave., Pasco, Washington. A viewing will be held at 9:00 am prior to the service at 9:30a.m.
