Ronnal "Ron" Dean Weems passed away December 14, 2014, just short of 80 long years. He was born January 17, 1935 in Oklahoma to Bill and Mable Weems; the youngest of three. He lived in the Tri-Cities for 35 years after moving from Denver to work for Westinghouse; retiring in 1991 due to his health. In 1974 he married Linda and they had one daughter, Ronnie Jo. From his first marriage, he had eight children: Bill, Anna, Mike, Kay, Rea, Sharron, Laura, Wade; all of Idaho. He had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was closest to Courtney Weems and Andrew Weems. Ron had found a new life 23 years ago AA; with it brought many, many new forever friends. A special thank you to his Tuesday Buddies; he looked forward to those Tuesdays. Thank you guys! Ron loved life and all of his many friends. Also special thanks to Adam, Bert and Kathy for being with him at the very end, along with Ronnie. Viewing will be held Friday, December 19th, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a casual memorial service will be held Saturday, December 20th, 10:00 a.m., at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union Street., Kennewick. A luncheon will follow the services. Donations in Ron's name may be made to Hospice at The Chaplaincy, 1480 Fowler St., Richland, WA 99354. Thank you.
