Obituary

Richard "Dick" Larson, 76, of Prosser, Washington, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, at Kadlec Hospital in Richland, while holding the hand of his beloved wife and best friend, Cindy, his faithful companion of nearly 55 years.

Born in Little Falls, Minnesota on December 2, 1948, to Marjorie and Carl Larson, Dick was the fifth of eight children. He married the love of his life, Cindy, in 1970, and built a life dedicated to hard work and helping others. As a carpenter by trade, Dick was known for his skilled craftsmanship, but he will be most remembered for his generous spirit and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Dick is survived by his loving wife Cindy; daughter Toni Taylor and her husband Curtis, along with grandson Ryan of Ellensburg; son Gary Larson of Prosser; brothers Jim, Bob, and Harvey; and sisters Betty, Bonnie, and Brenda. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie and Carl Larson, his brother Don, and his son Dale.

Per Dick's request, no services will be held. His legacy of kindness and generosity will live on through the many lives he touched.
