Raymond Sanjay
Heavilin
Sep 6, 1968 — Jan 19, 2024
Raymond S. Heavilin passed away shortly after 5pm on Friday January 19th2024. He was 55 years old.
He was born September 6th 1968 in India. His parents Patricia and Danny Heavilin raised him and his siblings in the golden state of California.
Professionally, he had a variety of jobs, but his favorite was probably working in the produce department at Winco Foods. He was just happy helping people. If you needed help picking a ripe fruit he could pick you the very best.
He loved the outdoors. He loved swimming, camping, bbqing, bike riding and fishing. His favorite thing to do outdoors was fishing. He wasn't a great fisherman and definitely not a good one either. It was something that he enjoyed. He loved to bbq, but he burnt the crap out of all the chicken. When we'd tell him it was burnt he'd said no no that's how I like it.
Raymond had 4 children Ashley, Jessica, Kyle, and Dorothy. He absolutely loved all 4 of us. Always listing out our names from oldest to youngest. It used to annoy us. Now we wish we could hear it just one more time. He was a father, a friend, a grandpa and all around good guy, he was so funny. Everyone loved him.
He is survived by his mother Patricia Heavilin , sisters Rachel and Carla Heavilin, brothers Justin and Shonon Heavilin. His children Ashley Stevens, Jessica Cooper, Dorothy Heavilin and Kyle Heavilin. His 8 grandchildren Riley Mendoza, Deavnne Smith, Evan Mendoza, Eden Mendoza, Peyton Hoefler, Jayden Hunter, Ruthie Hunter, Londyn Reeves, and Nathanial Tate.
He leaves this world behind to join his grandparents, father, best friend and nephew.
