Ramon J Menchaca Sr. passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Pasco, Washington at 9:45am. It was a beautiful spring morning. He had been fighting various illnesses for quite some time. Dad was 68 years old. He was born on February 18, 1946 in McAllen, Texas to Miguel and Arnulfa Menchaca. He was 1 of 13 siblings. He married Oralia Menchaca 1965 in Milton-Freewater, Oregon.
