With deep sorrow, but also with immense love and gratitude for the life we shared with him, today we remember and celebrate the life of Pedro Zoleta, who was born on February 7, 1957, in Matamoros, Mexico, and passed from this world on August 30, 2026, in Pasco, Washington.

Pedro was a hardworking, loyal man with a heart full of kindness. He was the youngest of 11 siblings, and from a young age, he learned the value of hard work, family, and perseverance. For 46 years, he dedicated his life to agricultural work, proudly working for Balcom and Moe. The land, the fields, and especially harvest season were his passion. It was there that Pedro felt truly happy—doing what he loved and working with the hands that, throughout his life, never stopped providing and working hard for his family.

Pedro was a true man of the countryside. His cowboy hat and boots were a part of who he was, reflecting his personality, his roots, and the life he loved so dearly. He wore them proudly until his very last day, always remaining true to himself and to the way of life he knew and enjoyed.

Above all, Pedro was a man deeply loved by his family. He leaves behind to cherish and honor his memory his beloved daughters, Brenda and Mayra, as well as his beautiful legacy of six granddaughters, who will always carry with them the love and memories of their grandfather.

Although his passing leaves a void that can never truly be filled, his love, his strength, his laughter, and the many memories shared with him will remain forever in the hearts of all those who were blessed to know and love him.

Pedro, although you are no longer physically with us, you will live forever in our hearts. Your legacy will continue through your daughters, your granddaughters, and in every memory of the fields you loved so dearly.

Rest in peace, dear Pedro. Your work here is done, but your story, your love, and your memory will live on forever.
