Patrick Ambrose "Pat" Killian, 63, passed away on May 20, 2025, in Richland, Washington, after a long illness. Born on August 21, 1961, in Avenal, California, Pat lived a life marked by kindness, service, and deep devotion to his family.

Pat proudly served in the United States Air Force for 12 years, earning an honorable discharge. His time in the military reflected his steadfast commitment to duty and country. After his service, he continued to embody the values of integrity and generosity that defined both his professional and personal life.

A man of faith and a member of the Christian community, Pat was known by many as a gentle giant—a teddy bear of a man whose warmth and compassion left lasting impressions. He never met a stranger and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Pat had a lifelong passion for history and found joy in studying it. He also had a deep fascination with trains and planes—interests that sparked countless hours of exploration and learning. But above all else, Pat cherished time spent with his children and grandson. His love for his family was unwavering and evident in every aspect of his life.

He is survived by his beloved wife Sandra Killian; his children Shawn Killian, Danica Shaw (and her husband Pressley Shaw III), James Killian, and Xenna Killian; and his cherished grandson Colton Shaw. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Lorraine Killian.
