Patricia (Pat) Bailey was born March 17, 1931 in New Hall, California and went to be with the Lord on  January 8, 2023 to join her husband, Dave; her parents, Caroline and Fred Forward; her brother, Dan and her sister, Irene.

Pat lived in Southern California until she was 14 when her family moved to Toledo, WA.  Pat graduated from Toledo High School in 1949 and shortly after graduation her and her family moved to Grandview, WA.  Pat married Dave in Winlock, WA on October 15, 1949 and returned to Grandview.  In 1960, Pat, Dave and children moved to Kennewick where she worked in the cafeteria in various schools in Kennewick.  Later, she worked at and then owned the Potpourri (a consignment store in Kennewick) and then was employed as a CNA for various in-home care organizations.

Pat is survived by her sister, Evelyn Burkett of Cody, WY; son Dennis (Myra) Bailey of Medford, OR; son Gary (Saran) Bailey, of Tacoma WA;  daughters Karen Bailey and Kathy Schroder of Richland, WA; Peggy (Richard) Sturtevant of Pasco, WA;  9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Pat's family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Richland Lifecare Center for the love and care given her during the last few years of her life.  She considered the staff as members of her family,
