Obituary

Norman B. Edden of Finley, Washington passed away on Thursday, September 24th, 2015 at the age of 82. He was born on February 15th, 1933 in Helena, Montana to Mary Wallace and Ervin Edden. At a young age, Norman was severely burned attempting to rescue his sister from a burning building, if it was not for the great efforts of the Shriners, Norm would not have survived. He enjoyed watching and participating in auto racing, working on cars, old movies and was an avid reader. His true joy came from his family. Norman met the love of his life Pearl in Vancouver, Washington in the summer 1952. Together they spent the last 62 years loving each other and raising children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren whether their own or others. Norman is predeceased by his mother and father; Mary and "Ole", his brothers; "Swede" and "Bud" and his sisters; Esther and Shirley and son, Mark. He is survived by his loving wife Pearl, sister "Penny" and children Corey Edden, Cheryl Edden and James (Dalene) Edden, 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and those that are family by love.
