Myles (Mike) Xavier Pasch

March 31, 1918 to July 22, 2023

Myles (Mike) was born March 31, 1918, on an Easter Sunday morning, in

Aitkin Co. Minnesota.

He was the third born child to Francis (Frank) Xavier and Alma Olena

Anstensen Pasch. He had two brothers and two sisters, all deceased.

Mike enlisted in the Army in Jan. 1942. He served until March of 1945 when

he received an honorable discharge.

Mike married Stella Rosina Berst on June 7, 1945 in Columbus Montana.

Shortly after they moved to the Tri-Cities, Washington.  Stella and Mike

lived in Richland until 1952. In September of 1946, their first child Larry

Dean was born. Fifteen months later they had their first daughter, Sandra

(Sandi) Eileen and Linda Jean was born in 1952.

Stella and Mike attended Kennewick First Lutheran Church, loved to square

dance and in their retirement years loved to travel in their motor home and

over the years traveled thousands of miles seeing the sights, golfing and

visiting family and friends throughout the United States.

After Stella's death in 2006, Mike lived alone in Kennewick until 2011 when

he moved in with his daughter Linda and her husband Fred Randle Jr.

(1950-2012) as his new home was being built in Richland, WA. He lived in

his new home from November of 2011 until his death.

In 2016 Linda moved into her dad Mike's house and planned to start

construction on her new home next door.  During the building planning

stages, Linda and Mike spent their time visiting relatives and traveling.

They went on long trips several times every year including a very memorable

trip with Sandi and John Larson to North Dakota and then on to Banff

National Park in Canada. Their last big trip took them to Utah and Southern

Arizona in the summer of 2019.

With the quarantines of Covid 19, they were forced to quit traveling. Mike

still enjoyed visiting with his friends and family at his home in Richland.

He also kept in contact with his good friend Lucille who lives in

Wisconsin. They met as children and as she is 104, she was officially his

oldest, dearest friend.

Mike Pasch was an amazing man who was a truly great son, husband, father,

grandfather, great grandfather and friend.  He will be greatly missed.

Mike is survived by his three children, son Larry Pasch, daughters Sandi

Pasch Larson and Linda Pasch. He has five grandchildren: John Larson IV,

Mike Larson, Elaine Stevens, Elizabeth Randle and Jake Randle. Mike also

has nine great-grandchildren; Lexi Larson Spencer, Eric Larson, Nick

Larson, Mads Larson, Jake Larson, Josh Larson, Bella Larson, Jax Larson and

one great-great grandson, Xander Spencer.

There will be a short graveside service for close friends and family on

Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Mueller's Desert Lawn Memorial

Park, 1401 S. Union St. in Kennewick, Washington.  Family and friends are

invited to Mike's home in Richland to visit after the service.
