Mike Schneider, 64, of Kennewick, passed away at home on February 8, 2015. He was born in Glasgow, Montana on July 21, 1950. Mike was the anchor of his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He worked in contractor services at Home Depot for the last 10 years. Prior to that everyone knew him as "The Handyman Can". He was loved and respected by all who knew him. He is survived in death by his wife Mary, five children, Kevin, Brian and Kim, Peter and Angie, Tim and Missy, and Buffy; 12 grandchildren, and 3.5 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Emma and David; his son, Scott; and his brother, David. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tri-City Union Gospel Mission. A service will be held, Friday, February 13, at 3pm, at the City Church, 4624 West 10th Ave in Kennewick.
