Melissa Chavez, a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, cousin, godmother, and friend she passed away unexpectedly on March 11th, 2023 at the age of 39.

Melissa was born on January 11th, 1984 in Pasco, WA. She was the daughter of Saul and Irma Chavez. Sister to Vanessa and Saul J. She was raised in the TriCities a graduate from Kamiakin High School in 2003, she attended beauty school where she became a Cosmetologist. She held many jobs but most of her career she worked at Great Clips. Melissa married Thomas in 2006 and together they had 3 beautiful children. She was a loving and kind hearted person who would do anything and everything for those she loved. She always lit up the room with her smile and her outgoing personality who loved and enjoyed life to the fullest. She had a passion for music and going out. Melissa was definitely the life of the party.

Melissa is survived by her husband Thomas, her 3 children Tj, Loni, and baby Jay. Parents: Saul and Irma Chavez, sister Vanessa and husband Chuy along with a niece Mariyah her godson Xavier and nephew Anthony. Her brother Saul J and wife Gaby with 2 nieces Kiki and Lai Lai. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many other nieces and nephews. Melissa you will truly be missed by us all!
