Maximino Silva Hernández nacio el 1 de abril del año 1963 en la Hacienda de Ambas Aguas, La Yesca, Nayarit, México. Hijo de José Silva Cobarruvias y de Silvina Hernández Jara.

Fue el quinto de ocho hermanos, los cuales llevan por nombre: Eustolia, Juan, Lucía, Arcelia, Zenaida, Josefina y José, todos con apellido Silva Hernández.

Vivió en Amatlán de Jora, Nayarit, hasta la edad de 18 años. En el año de 1981 cruzo rumbo a los Estados Unidos, fue ahí donde conoció a Yesenia Corona y tuvieron 2 hijos, Max Silva Jr y José Juan Silva, permanecieron juntos 9 años.

Para el año 2000 conoció a Lilia Pérez con quien se caso el 27 de octubre del 2006 y se convirtió en su más grande amor, convivieron y disfrutaron cada día hasta su partida de esta tierra.

Vivió 63 años, 3 meses y 20 días.

Maximino Silva Hernández was born on April 1, 1963, at the Ambas Aguas ranch in La Yesca, Nayarit, Mexico. He was the son of José Silva Cobarruvias and Silvina Hernández Jara.

He was the fifth of eight siblings: Eustolia, Juan, Lucía, Arcelia, Zenaida, Josefina, and José—all bearing the surname Silva Hernández.

He lived in Amatlán de Jora, Nayarit, until the age of 18. In 1981, he traveled to the United States; there, he met Yesenia Corona, and together they had two sons, Max Silva Jr and José Juan Silva. They remained together for nine years.

Max moved to Georgia and in 2000, he met Lilia Pérez; they married on October 27, 2006, and she became the great love of his life. They later lived many years on the property of the Shirley family until moving to Washington state in March of 2025. Max got to live with his oldest son and be with his 3 grandchildren, Maxx, Alexx, and Jayden. He and Lili shared their lives and cherished every day together until his passing.

He lived for 63 years, 3 months, and 20 days.
