Martha Marie Cox Mickey June 29, 1918 - July 19, 2012 Martha M. Shepard was born June 29, 1918 in Suffolk, Montana to George and Rose Shepard and moved to Kennewick in August 1918. She graduated from KHS. Martha married Donald M. Cox in 1940 and moved to Pasco where she lived for 40 years. She is preceded in death by her husband Don, parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 granddaughter. Martha is survived by her daughter Jean Cox, son Don L. Cox Kay, sister Delores Tenny Harvey, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great- great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews. She enjoyed her garden, refinishing antiques, bowling, quilting, crafts, card games, and driving her children and their friends to activities. Martha was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church in Kennewick. The family invites you to join them for a graveside service at 11:00am, Riverview Heights Cemetery, 1200 S. Olympia, Kennewick, followed by a celebration of her life at the First Christian Church, 1921 S. Olympia, Kennewick.
