Margarito "Tito" Macias Vidrio was born in the small town of Mesa de Los Nuños in Ayutla, Jalisco, Mexico to his loving parents Rosalina Macias Morales and Alfonso Ramos Vidrio on July 20, 1965. He grew up with his eight siblings, whom he admired dearly. As a child, Tito was rambunctious,  adventurous, and looked for excitement. He played soccer, ran long distances, studied music, and played various instruments but none more than the trumpet.

Prior to coming to the United States as an 18 year old, he played in a traveling music group and was well known in his community. He decided to come to the United States in search of a motorcycle, instead, found home in his wife (then girlfriend) Juana Fuentes Martinez. Together, they built a life with their five children, Margarita, Samantha, Susana, Andres, and Juan (and several nieces and nephews), during the course of 34 years of marriage. They lived in Boise, ID, Vancouver, WA, and Kennewick, WA.

While Tito was known for his cooking, gardening, fishing, humor, and all things music, he was best known for being a listening ear and the foundation we all needed in the toughest of times. He was a man who never left anything unsaid. He told you when he was proud of you, when he missed you, and how much he loved you. Most of all, he was known for his strength and will to live every moment of every day to its most potential. He fought to be with his family until September 10, 2022 when his physical body could no longer keep up with his spirit. His last request was to take care of each other and to live life in the most fulfilling way. We live in peace knowing that he is free of his earthly body. He is free.

A mass will be held on Thursday September 15th, 2022 at 11am at St. Joseph's Church in Kennewick, WA.
