Obituary

Margaret Mary "Peggy" Phillips passed away on November 11, 2025.

She was born on June 26, 1937 in Jamaica Plain, a suburb of Boston Massachusetts. She was the youngest of 7 children and grew up in a very loving family. Her senior year in high school, she met Edward Phillips, an Air Force serviceman from Kennewick, Washington. They got married in April, 1957.

In early 1958, they drove across the country and settled in Kennewick. She was an active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, volunteered for many years at the Kennewick Senior Center until she and Ed became snow birds in Yuma, Arizona. She had so many friends everywhere she lived.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Donna (Bob) Stout and Debbi Henderson, her 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Her memorial will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Friday, November 21st with a Rosary at 10:00am and the Mass at 11:00am. A reception will follow in the banquet room of the Parish Office Building.
