Lucille D. Machart died Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the age of 108, at her home, Royal Columbian, Kennewick, WA. Lucille was born to Vincent Valvoda and Mary Kubish in Pine City, Minnesota.

She married Richard W. Machart on July 20, 1938, in Minnesota, and had a dairy farm until moving to Kennewick in 1951. Together, they started Cascade Janitorial Company and worked until 1982.

Lucille is preceded in death by her 8 siblings, mother and father, daughter Mary Lou, and grandson, Bryan. She leaves behind her son, Richard J. Machart (Linda), grandson Aaron (Kelly), great grandchildren Tylor, Sadie, Mason, and Mitchell Machart, great-great grandchildren, Raven and Noah, a niece and several nephews.

She was a long-time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and her faith meant everything to her.

Graveside service will be Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Kennewick, WA.
