Loretta was born 1/18/1934 to Robert and Alta Raibourn. Loretta passed away surrounded by her loving family on 2/11/2015. Loretta married Bob E. Suthard on 8/5/1954 in Drumright, OK. Loretta and Bob moved to Kennewick, WA in 1958 making the Tri-Cities their home for the next 56 years. Loretta taught 2nd grade at Fruitland Elementary for 20 plus years. After retiring Loretta stayed active volunteering, which included teaching ESL. Loretta is survived by her daughter Barbara (Lloyd) Rice of Puyallup, WA, son David (Ed) and her dear daughter-in-law Kim of West Richland. Granddaughter Emily Rice and grandsons Brandon (Kristen), Joshua and Trevor Suthard, Siblings Lorene (David) Almquist, Lloyd Railbourn, Robert (Jimmie Lou) Raibourn, Larry Raibourn, Lois (Ronnie) Christopher and Louis (Vonda) Raibourn, all of Oklahoma. Loretta is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Loretta's family also includes her dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ at Kennewick Baptist Church. Loretta loved her church family and serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A "Celebration of life" will be held Saturday, February 21st at 1:00pm. Kennewick Baptist Church, 2425 W Albany Ave. Viewing will be held Friday, 2/20, 5-8pm and Saturday, 2/21, 10am -12pm at Mueller's, 1401 S. Union, Kennewick, WA.
