Lila Mae Richardson was born in Logan County, Arkansas on July 26, 1929 to Mose and Gracie Grist, and passed away on December 15, 2022.

She grew up in Arkansas working in many fields, particularly cotton, until she married William Richardson at age seventeen. She told many stories growing up in Arkansas in such a way that it made you want to go back in time to be there with her.

When the Hanford area first started up, they moved to a trailer park provided for the workers, then they built a home in West Richland. She lived in the Tri-Cities for sixty-eight years.

She leaves behind her five children Evelyn Lunceford, Raymond Richardson, Billy (William) Richardson, Regina (Jeannie) Cooper, Mark Richardson, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was a Christian, a loving mother and devoted wife. One day we will meet in heaven and rejoice. Mom's ashes will be spread along with her husband's, who preceded her in death. She will be dearly missed.
