Julia Banda Robles went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021, at the age of 88 in Kennewick, WA. Julia was born on August 8th, 1932 in Harlingen, TX to Isaac Banda and Consetpion Elizondo. Julia is survived by her son, Arthur Robles (Kennewick); daughters, Hortensia (Tange) Estrada (Kennewick) and Sylvia Stredwick (Oregon City, OR); 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends. Julia is preceded in death by her husband Gene Robles, her parents, her siblings, and her daughters, Norma Armenta and Rosa Beckwith. Julia married Gene in Harlingen, Texas on November 18, 1951. They were married for 68 years. Julia moved to Washington in 1955 with Gene. She retired from Battelle after 20 years. Julia enjoyed her horses at the "Robles Ranch," camping, hunting, and spending time with her family. Julia will now be by the love of her life, her husband, Gene, once again. The family would like to thank the nurses at Hospice for being so caring in her final days.
