Judith Lynn (Olsen) Manley Owens, age 82, passed away on May 1st 2024, surrounded by family. She was born December 14th 1941 in Townsend Montana to Arthur and Valeria (Clare) Olsen. She grew up in Montana, graduating from Broadwater High School. Judy married William Manley in July 1959 and moved to Seattle Washington where they had two children, Valeria and Gregory. The family moved to Walla Walla, and eventually settled in Kennewick in 1965.
She worked many years at Weisfield Jewelers before relocating to Coeur d'Alene Idaho in 1977, where she was an office manager, before returning to the Tri-cities in 1987. Judy met and married Charles Owens in 1992 and continued her career as an office manager until retiring. She is survived by her children; Val (& Michael) Hickman and Greg (& Terry) Manley, and their father, Bill Manley. Grandchildren; Derek Hickman, Keyna (& Jack) Carpenter, Kameron Manley and Briana (& J.C.) Lamb, along with ten great grandchildren. By brothers; David (& Kari) Olsen, Steve Olsen, John 'Smokey'(& Barbee) Martin and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her and husband, Charles Owens.
Judy loved being a Grandma and adored spending time with her great grandkids. She was dearly loved by family and all who
knew her. She will be forever missed.
The family would love for you to join them for an informal Celebration of Life, on Saturday, June 15th from 2-6 p.m. at the
home of Val and Mike Hickman.
