Judith Anne Crampton Anderson passed away on March 10th, 2025, at Larkspur Cottage in Kennewick, WA. She was born to Ralph W. And Edna Mae Crampton on August 2nd, 1947.
Judi spent her early childhood in Hermiston, OR. Her grandfather, Joseph Crampton, was of the early settlers in Hermiston. Her parents were of six couples to find member for the Church in Hermiston.
Judi attended West Park Elementary, middle school in The Dalles, and graduated from Hermiston Senior High School in 1965.
Judi met and married Michael L. Freeman in 1969 and they divorced in 1978. Mike and Judi were able to adopt Christine Karen Monohan. They were also blessed to have Mimi Spaulding as a foster child for several years.
In 1986 Judi and Christine moved to Kennewick and Judi worked in an insurance office. There she met Bonnie Bert Bruce and married him in 1986. Bruce passed in 2002, but through him Judi gained a stepson, Ammon Bruce.
Judi went to work for Adams & Connor Chem Dry and was there for a number of years. In 1995 she applied to Kennewick School District and was a paraeducator in Special Services. She worked from 1996-2004 as a one-on-one with three different students. Then she transferred to Tri-Tech Skills Center in 2004 and retired from there in 2012. Through all that she met Robert D. Anderson, they married on April 23rd, 2005.
Judi loved Genealogy; she was able to get most of her father's line through her diligent efforts.
Judi is survived by Robert Dana Anderson, her husband of 20 years, stepsons; Ammon Bruce (Melanie), Dana Anderson (Carrie), Kevin Anderson (Gloria), Clayton Anderson (Emily), Adam Anderson (Andrea), and daughters; Mimi Spaulding and Christine Manahan (John)
She is also survived by her brother, Tim Crampton (Linda), several nieces and nephews, 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
