Juanita Elizabeth Heinen (Olberding), 84, died peacefully on Thursday October 17th 2024 in Hospice Care in Kennewick, WA.

Juanita was born on August 6, 1940 to Ben J. Olberding and Ida Olberding (Holthaus) in Seneca, KS; the eldest of six children. She married Kenneth John Heinen on June 16, 1960 and had five children: Brent (Sheryl) Heinen, Loran (MaryLynn) Heinen, Kathy (Mikal) Barnett, Cheryl (Mark) Knight, and Susan (James) Ireland.

The family moved to Eltopia, WA in 1971 and began farming. Juanita was a devoted member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Eltopia and has been an active member of the community where she leaves behind many dear friends. She is survived by her children, her siblings (Elton, Wanda, Phyllis, and Janet), and by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

She joins her parents, Ben and Ida; brother, Justin; husband, Kenny; son-in-law, Mark; and grandson, Eric, in eternal rest.

A viewing will be held for her on Wednesday, October 23rd at 3:00 PM at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Eltopia followed by a rosary at 5:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be offered for her on October 24th at 10:00 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Eltopia, WA followed by interment at City View Cemetery in Pasco, WA.

A reception will follow the interment at St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Eternal rest grant unto her, oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
