Joy Lee Williamson passed away at home on November 18, 2013 with her loving family by her side at the age of 80. She was born in Alliance, Ohio on June 12, 1933. She moved to Los Angeles, California after attending college in Ohio and became a telephone operator. There she met and fell in love with her husband of 58 years, Charles Robert ("Bob") Williamson, and they were married on July 9, 1955. After living in Heppner, Oregon and Seattle, Washington, they settled with their two daughters in Pasco in 1967. Joy was very creative and was an expert in knitting and crocheting. She loved to make items for her loved ones including afghans, sweaters, scarfs, and baby outfits.Joy adored her grandchildren, great-grandchild, and was so looking forward to her second great-grandchild.Joy is survived by her husband, Bob Williamson, her daughters, Lyn Dee Osburn (Kyle) and Keri Lee Gross (Mark), her grandchildren, Loryn & Cameron Osburn, Ryan W. Bates (Vicky), Kailee Lyn Frederickson (Jordan) and her great-grandchild, Georgia Lee Frederickson.Joy will be "okay" and will live forever in our hearts and memories.
