John R. Gross, age 56, died peacefully at home in Kennewick, WA on December 20, 2014 surrounded by family and friends. John is survived by his daughters Danielle Hartwell and Michelle Gross; father, Dan Gross; brothers and sisters, Julia, Annie and Bryan, Mark and Keri, Chris, and Mike; 7 grandchildren; and several life-long friends. He was born June 14, 1958 in Ellensburg, WA. He was a pipefitter for over 30 years. He loved that his job allowed him to travel and meet new people. He made friends wherever he went. He lived life to the fullest and was always up for an adventure and mischief. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, orneriness, and love for the people around him. The memorial and potluck for John will be held at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S Union Street in Kennewick, on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 12:00pm.
