Joe David Perez, Jr, 72, of Pasco, Washington, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, surrounded by his family at Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco, WA.

Joe was born in Ennis, Texas on August 12,1953 to Joe and Rosa Perez. He was the oldest son of 9 children. He grew up in Mesa, WA and graduated from Connell High School in 1973. Joe worked at Boise Cascade for many years until he retired in 2011. When Joe wasn't working, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle cross country with his brother Israel and best friend Robert and racing dirt bikes, playing pool (pool tournaments) and spending time with his family.

If you knew Joe, you knew he was the most caring, giving, respectful man. He was always there to help/fix anything, your car, home repairs, financially, words of advice (wanted or not, "free advice").

Joe and Lupe were married on September 23, 1978.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Rosa and his brother Jesus,

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Lupe; daughters, KaTrina (Noe), Eva, Julie; grandchildren, Gabriel, Jairmiah, Anthony, Samuel, Jr. "Wero", Savannah, Ace & Khaza. His father, Joe Perez Sr., brothers & sisters.

Memorial Services will be held Friday May 15, 2026, at 10:00am Mueller's Funeral Home in Pasco, WA potluck reception to follow at the Pasco Eagles 1:00pm-4:00pm.

He will be deeply missed and remembered as, "Mr. Make Shit Happen!"
