JoAnn Hale Dazey, age 55, graduated from this life on March 24, 2006 in Kennewick, Washington and returned to her Heavenly Father. She came into the world on November 21, 1950 to Raymond and Jean Belnap in Ontario, Oregon. JoAnn grew up on a farm in Vale, Oregon. She attended Vale High School and graduated from Ricks and BYU with a Bachelor?s Degree in Education. She married Daniel Hale from Vale and moved around the country, finally settling in Kennewick. JoAnn owned and managed Fantastic Sam?s for over 18 years. After divorcing Daniel Hale in 2001, JoAnn remarried Raymond Dazey from Pasco on July 12, 2002. JoAnn enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending the temple, camping, and driving school bus. Most of all she loved to uplift and inspire all those around her. She has a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and lived her beliefs. The family would like to thank all those who supported and loved JoAnn throughout her lifetime and her courageous battle with cancer. JoAnn is survived by her parents Raymond and Jean Belnap of Vale, Oregon; her husband Raymond Dazey; her children Chad Heidi Hale of Mt. Vernon, WA, Coby Hale of Portland, OR, Nicole Hale of Kennewick; grandchildren, Brenden and Danyel Hale and Kade Finger; her brothers, Bob Janice Belnap, Jim Debi Belnap, David Mary Belnap and Ron Debbie Belnap all of Vale, OR; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her two daughters Raynell Pauline and Monica Jo Hale.
