Jesus Sosa Salazar, age 75, died Friday, April 28, 2006 at his home in Connell. He was born on June 10, 1930 in Red Rock, Texas to Francisco and Patricia Salazar. Jesus had lived in Connell for 30 years and had been employed at Lamb Weston for 24 years, having retired in 2002. He loved music and found great joy in his grandchildren. Jesus was always greeting everybody on the porch and waved as they came by. He is survived by his daughters, Patricia A. Gabriel Trevino, Betty L. Eliezar Chavez, Gloria Salazar and Ruby Juan Valladares; brothers, Eloy Salazar, Reyes Martinez and Leon Martinez; sister, Elida ?Lilly? Nevarez; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The holy rosary was recited on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. at Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. at Mueller?s Greenlee Funeral Home, 1608 W. Court Street, Pasco. The graveside service will be Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Connell. Viewing will be Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at the Mueller?s Greenlee Funeral Home.
