Jessie Maxine Ward, age 91, of Pasco, died Thursday, March 17, 2006 at Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco. She was born on April 15, 1914 in Paynesville, Minnesota, to Daniel and Florence Farrell. She moved to Washington State from South Dakota in 1934. On March 11, 1937 she married James Ward in Selah, WA and they and came to the Tri-Cities in 1940. She owned and operated Jessie M. Ward Advertising and Sales, located in Pasco since 1950. She retired from business in 2000. Jessie is survived by her sister Dorothy Madron of Phoenix, AZ; and her brother Gordon Farrell of Seattle, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband James in 2002. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at City View Cemetery, just off of Oregon Avenue in Pasco.
