Jerry Thomas Dean, 68 years old from Pasco WA passed away at his home on January 13th, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his father John Dean, mother Betty Dean/Perry, brother James Dean, son John (Johnny) Dean, and great niece Khloe Kinchen.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Eydie Dean, son Levi Dean (Savannah) grandsons Cole Chamberlain and Keeghen Dean, sister Joan Brickey (Kenneth), brothers Joesph Dean, Jeffrey Dean, mother and father in-law Nicki and Gene Hiner, brother in-law Diehl (Jessica) Hiner, sister in-law Deana Forman (Doug) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Jerry was born and raised in Pasco, WA. He attended Saint Patrick's Catholic School and Pasco High School.

Jerry was a proud member of The Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 598. Jerry lived in Kennewick, WA, Syracuse New York, Imbler Oregon, Ketchikan Alaska, North Powder Oregon and settled back down in Pasco Washington in 2004. Jerry retired in 2019 and choose to enjoy his retirement in Sitka, Alaska. He and his wife, Eydie, moved to Sitka, Alaska and resided there for 2 years. During that time Jerry and Eydie enjoyed life on the great waters of Alaska, fishing regularly. He was an avid outdoors person who thoroughly enjoyed everything outdoors. Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family and mentoring his children and grandchildren. Jerry loved driving across the United States to visit family and friends. Jerry leaves behind a lasing memory of loyalty, companionship, and a mindset that was way before his time. Those that knew him well knew Jerry to be a straight shooter with a vocal opinion on everything.

Jerry's funeral service and celebration of life will be held February 14th, 2026, at 11am at St. Paul's Catholic Church located at 14181 North Glade Rd Eltopia WA 99330. Please bring your stories and memories to share if you wish.
