Obituary

Jason Edward Smith's life was tragically lost in a hit and run accident on April 2, 2015, at the young age of 36. Jason was born to John Ed and Debbie Smith, in Richland, Washington, on October 16, 1978. He grew up in a loving Christian home, along with his younger brother Matt. Jason graduated from Kamiakin High School in 1997. After graduation, he immediately began his college education, concentrating on information technology. In 2006, Jason married the love of his life, Wendy Davis, in Hawaii. Without a doubt, Jason's greatest accomplishments and proudest contributions to the world are his two amazing, kind, intelligent, and beautiful daughters, TriStar (15) and Mila Beso (6)…his "Pie" and" Cake", the two sweetest children you will ever know. Jason's passion was his family. He worked hard to build his successful business, Logical IT Solutions, which he started in 2008. When there was time, he loved playing a round of golf with his dad and brother. (It's been 20 years since his dad could beat him.) Jason grew up an avid sports enthusiast, and was a skilled athlete. He will be deeply missed, and will truly live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Jason's survivors include his loving wife of nine years, Wendy, two daughters, TriStar and Mila Beso, parents, John Ed and Debbie Smith, brother Matthew Smith, wife Haley and children Kaedon (8) and Eileeen (1 month), parents-in-law, Steve and Debbie Davis, brothers-in-law, Aaron and Andrew Davis, as well as countless family and friends across the country. Donations can be made to the Jason Smith Memorial Fund at any US Bank. An account has been set up to help the family with expenses. Donations can be sent to: www.gofundme.com, in memory of Jason Smith. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 10, 2015, at 1.00 p.m. at South Hills Church in Kennewick, WA.
