Jacoby Antonio Trevino was born June 8, 2007 at 3:39 a.m. at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, WA. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 11, 2007. From the moment that Jacoby entered the world, he touched every heart. He is truly an angel. Laughter is all you hear from those around him with his dimples, sweet smiles and constant giggles. We miss you so very much and are comforted to know all those in heaven are smiling and laughing. We love you Handsome!
